About This Site

My aim has never been to photograph the most known sites in the places I have been to, as I have always been more interested in walking about and photographing things I “stumble” upon, things that may be hidden to some as they are not seen instantly. This is also why I chose the title “Through Alien Eyes” as the monicker for this site, as I have been the stranger in these places. I have been the explorer, and this is your chance to participate in the journey I have taken so far.

The journey towards the realization of this site started when I first started the work on the photo exhibition "Through The Valley of The Shadow", which also ended up in the creation of a new album of experimental music. This album can now be purchased in multiple digital formats from http://neokunst.bandcamp.com/ as well as it should soon be available in a CD-R version through Createspace/Amazon. The final testament of this phase should culminate in a A5 Digibook with a 64 paged booklet, most likely limited to 500 copies.

The second part of this journey came in the form of a CD+DVD (only the first 500 copies comes with a DVD slide show) release on First Fallen Star entitled "Through The Eyes of The Stranger". This release can be obtained from http://www.firstfallenstar.com/

The third part of the journey, "Through The Eyes of The Beholder", has been unleashed in the form of a book (paperback), available through Createspace/Amazon). The album can also be purchased in multiple digital formats through http://neokunst.bandcamp.com/ as well as it should soon be available in a CD-R version through Createspace/Amazon. The final testament of this phase should culminate in a A5 Digibook with a 64 paged booklet, most likely limited to 500 copies.

Now that these parts has been completed, more or less, the next step is to take it to the next level. From this point in time I am working on this project which has been entitled “Through Alien Eyes”. This title can for different releases and sub projects be altered in order to include the name of a specific town or country, as I aim to make parts of this project in multiple locations around the world, most notably outside Europe, and the results will include music, visuals, photo exhibitions and live performances.
